Kid's Yoga

Murphy Tyler is our children's yoga instructor.  She is certified in children's yoga and a published children's book author. Not only will your children learn yoga and different breathing techniques, they will be creating crafts, playing yoga related games, building friendships and eating fruit and veggies.
