Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is a Hatha based training that will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to guide your very own Yoga class.  Even if your goal isn't to teach a Yoga class, this program will help you dive deeper into your own Yoga practice and understanding of Yoga.  

Upon the completion of our training program you will know the 8 limbs of Yoga and how they apply to our everyday life, the basics of Yoga poses and why alignment is so important. You will have the basic understanding and knowledge of the human anatomy.  You will learn different pranayama and how they affect your subtle body, along with meditation, yoga philosophy, the history of Yoga, Chakras, and Ayurveda.
