Come to this unique hour of heated yoga fun. This class incorporates the principles of breath, alignment, and strength. It is designed to be challenging as we hold poses longer, move slower, and build twice as much energy and strength. The heat of the room can stimulate the body’s release of toxins through sweat as well as relax tighter areas of the body.
All levels of expertise are welcome as modifications are offered specifically for your body.

We begin with a light vinyasa flow followed by a Yin Yoga practice. The flow practice helps to warm your body and increase circulation. The Yin practice portion focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm.
This is perfect for every body! Silver Suns is an unheated class offering a gentle flow with physical postures, or asanas, and breath, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. The class is designed to cultivate breath initiated movements and self awareness. The sequences involve sun salutations, standing and seated postures, balance, and strength. We begin by setting an intention for our practice and use the breath to move the body.

Wash the events of the day away in this unheated class. It is a peaceful way to finish your day. This class brings Vinyasa and Slow flow together for a truly unique yoga experience. Similar to our traditional flowing classes, Evening Flow will give you all the powerful benefits of the yoga practice, but with a softer and gentler approach. Restorative and meditation included. End your day the right way with Sunset Vinyasa.
This unheated Hatha based practice is a 45 minute break from the world intended to help you reset the events of the morning. Take time to breath some positive energy back into your body then flow through a practice designed to cultivate the feeling of calming grace. Savasana, final resting pose, lasting 10-15 minutes allows healing energy back into the body as you exhale away tension and holding. If you have had a tough morning, need to just get away for a short time, or if you just need to rest your thoughts, this class is for you. Come join us for a condensed practice to keep the day full of joy, kindness, and positivity.
Inhale wellness, exhale let everything else go. Relax and ease into your breath and let the body calm. As you begin to let everything melt away a yoga flow practice allows you to move into the balance between effort and ease. Basic asana, poses, and movements have been designed to keep you in the moment, to bring warmth to the muscles, and to afford you time to balance it all. End your practice with a lovely Savasana, final resting pose, that incorporates restoration and mindfulness. Please join us for this well rounded class.
This is a heated and invigorating class with a set sequence of 26 poses done in a set cycle throughout an hour long class.

will kick things up a notch by moving quickly through Asana and allowing the body's natural strength to shine through.

Enjoy an hour of unheated Yoga with a slow flow. Each pose is held for several breaths, allowing each Yogi to connect to the pose with their body as well as their mind. Leave feeling calm and at peace.
Build strength physically and mentally by combining the mind-body benefits of traditional yoga practice with resistance training and cardio to help improve your endurance, mobility, and stability. During class, there is a focus on mindfulness, breath, and alignment while you target the muscles you need for a strong and safe yoga practice. Option to bring your own small weights to incorporate into the class.
Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. Perfect for seniors or anyone wanting to work on their alignment.
