High Noon is a midday vinyasa flow designed to energize the body and clear the mind. Through steady movement and breath, you’ll reset your focus, release tension, and return to your day feeling centered and renewed.
A perfect pause for all levels — recharge under the warmth of the sun.
Inhale wellness, exhale let everything else go. Relax and ease into your breath and let the body calm. As you begin to let everything melt away a yoga flow practice allows you to move into the balance between effort and ease. Basic asana, poses, and movements have been designed to keep you in the moment, to bring warmth to the muscles, and to afford you time to balance it all. End your practice with a lovely Savasana, final resting pose, that incorporates restoration and mindfulness. Please join us for this well rounded class.

Yin Flow blends gentle, fluid movement with longer-held postures to open the body and quiet the mind. This class invites both motion and stillness — easing tension, improving flexibility, and creating space within.

Build strength physically and mentally by combining the mind-body benefits of traditional yoga practice with resistance training and cardio to help improve your endurance, mobility, and stability. During class, there is a focus on mindfulness, breath, and alignment while you target the muscles you need for a strong and safe yoga practice. Option to bring your own small weights to incorporate into the class.
This is a passive, meditative form of yoga where poses are held longer than usual. This allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.
A small series of joint movement leading up the deep exploration of the sensations postures bring from longer static holds. Simple sequences constructed for the purpose of strengthening the body as well as the mind.
This unheated class links breath with movement as you flow from pose to pose. Expect to move at a dynamic pace to warm up the muscles, find balance, and direct the mind to the present moment.
