In honor of independence day we will only be open half the day. 

With a mixture of Tibetan bowls, steel drum and other various sounds, join Murphy for an evening of deep meditation and sound healing as you drift into relaxation. 

How to prepare:

Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, 

bring a water bottle.

We will be using bolsters and blankets for ultimate relaxation, so if you'd like, feel free to bring your own or use the ones we have here.
